Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Electronics Quality Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through inspection, testing, audits, and implementation of quality standards in electronic components, assemblies, and finished products. The role requires a strong technical understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and a commitment to continuous improvement. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA processes for electronic products and components.
  • Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of PCBs and modules.
  • Perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with design, production, and R&D teams for quality improvements.
  • Monitor supplier quality and conduct supplier audits.
  • Prepare quality reports, maintain ISO/IEC documentation, and support audits.
