Electronics Technician

The Electronics Technician will be responsible for assembling, testing, repairing, and maintaining electronic products such as Safe Load Indicators, sensors, displays, and related subassemblies. The role requires hands on skills in soldering, PCB assembly, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth production support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assembly & Production Support

• Assemble electronic circuits, PCBs, wiring, and harnesses as per drawings.
• Solder electronic components (through-hole & SMD) following quality standards.
• Support production line in electronic module assembly and integration.

2. Testing & Inspection

• Perform functional testing of electronic products using test jigs, multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
• Check PCBs and components for defects or quality issues.
• Support calibration of sensors and displays.

3. Troubleshooting & Repair

• Diagnose and repair defective PCBs and electronic modules.
• Identify component failures and replace faulty parts.
• Support field-returned product analysis and repair.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain records of test results, repairs, and rework.
• Report recurring issues to Quality and R&D teams.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

5. Process Improvement & Safety

• Suggest improvements for assembly efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety practices.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workstations in proper condition.
