Inside Sales Executive

*About the Role*

We are looking for an energetic and confident Sales & Reception Executive to join our yoga studio. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping people, comfortable speaking with clients, and focused on converting inquiries into memberships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and website leads.

* Explain studio services, programs, and membership plans.

* Convert inquiries into trial sessions and memberships.

* Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.

* Manage front desk and member registrations.

* Maintain client records and daily reports.

* Support member retention and renewals.

* Coordinate with trainers for smooth member onboarding.

* Handle basic administrative and reception duties.

*Requirements:*

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

* Ability to handle sales targets and follow-ups.

* Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.

* Prior sales or reception experience is preferred but not mandatory.
