Job Summary:

We are looking for a female Telecalling Executive (fresher) to join our team at our Nalasopara office. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services/products, and generating leads or fixing appointments.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to customers.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule appointments or demos.
• Maintain call records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Handle customer queries courteously and professionally.
• Work closely with the sales or service team for follow-up actions.
