Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Sourcing & Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective buyers via telecalling, field visits, digital channels, and partner car dealerships.
- Needs Assessment & Product Pitch: Evaluate the customer's financial profile, credit history, and budget to recommend suitable new or pre-owned car loan schemes.
- Documentation & Verification: Assist clients in completing loan applications, gathering income proofs, ID documents, and coordinating initial field or credit investigations.
- Dealer & Channel Relations: Build and maintain strong ties with automotive showroom sales teams, channel partners, and direct agents to capture walk-in or referral leads.
- Loan Processing & Coordination: Liaise with credit, risk, and operations teams inside financial institutions to ensure smooth approval and timely disbursal.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly quotas for loan sourcing, file logins, and total net disbursals.
