Job Description
- Greet customers: Welcome them with a smile and a friendly attitude.
- Understand customer needs: Ask about their preferred style, size, colour, and budget.
- Assist with clothing selection: Recommend suitable outfits and suggest matching items.
- Provide product knowledge: Explain fabric types, sizes, fit, prices, and care instructions.
- Manage fitting rooms: Help customers find alternative sizes and styles.
- Handle billing: Process payments, discounts, exchanges, and returns according to store policy.
- Maintain the store: Keep clothes folded, racks organised, and displays attractive.
- Handle complaints: Listen patiently and offer helpful solutions.
- Encourage sales: Suggest complementary products without pressuring customers.
