Job Description

  1. Attend showroom walk-in customers, telephone enquiries, and prospective buyers professionally.
  2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable passenger or commercial vehicles.
  3. Explain vehicle specifications, features, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
  4. Arrange and coordinate test drives for prospective customers.
  5. Generate leads through follow-up calls, references, field activities, and digital enquiries.
  6. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
  7. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership business growth.
  8. Coordinate with the finance, insurance, accessories, and vehicle delivery teams.
  9. Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry details, and sales reports in the dealership system.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction and develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
