Key Responsibilities

• Classroom Instruction: Deliver vibrant, age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in young children.
• Lesson Planning: Design, prepare, and implement creative lesson plans, interactive activities, and visual teaching aids.
• Student Progress Tracking: Monitor, assess, and document each child’s development and academic progress, providing regular feedback to parents.
• Student Welfare: Maintain a secure, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment; actively supervise students to ensure their emotional and physical well-being.
• Parent Collaboration: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss child progress and build strong school-home partnerships.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), or a relevant Subject Degree.
• Certification: Qualified CTET, TET, or STET, is an added advantage.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect gently with children and professionally with parents.
• Core Attributes: High emotional intelligence, patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
