Field Marketing Executive

The Field Marketing Executive (Interior Industry) will drive brand awareness and lead generation by building direct relationships with architects, interior designers, property builders, and residential or commercial clients. This role involves active on-the-ground networking, visiting active construction or renovation sites, and organizing design showcase events.

Key Responsibilities

• B2B Networking: Pitch products or services directly to architects, interior designers, and general contractors to get on their approved vendor lists.
• Lead Generation: Visit residential societies, commercial complexes, and upcoming building sites to identify property owners needing interior work.
• Material & Portfolio Showcasing: Present material samples, design catalogs, and digital portfolios to prospective clients during field visits.
• Event Execution: Organize and manage stalls at architecture exhibitions, interior design expos, and local property builder meets.
• Market Intelligence: Track upcoming real estate projects, competitor pricing, and trending material preferences in your assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior design concepts, modular furniture, materials (e.g., plywood, veneers, fabrics), or fit-out processes.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with high-profile architects and premium property owners.
• Negotiation & Pitching: Ability to effectively present design value propositions and close initial project consultations.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for frequent field visits to sites and designer studios.
• Experience: 1–3 years of field sales or marketing experience in interiors, real estate, building materials, or home decor is highly preferred.
