Relationship Manager - MF Collections
- Monitor and follow up on overdue loan accounts allocated within the assigned territory.
- Conduct field visits to customers and centers for collection of outstanding dues.
- Build and maintain healthy relationships with borrowers and group members.
- Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Identify early warning signals and potential delinquent accounts.
- Negotiate repayment arrangements and provide suitable resolutions for overdue cases.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update recovery status in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
- Coordinate with Branch Operations, Credit, and Sales teams for effective portfolio management.
- Handle customer grievances related to loan repayments and collections.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Support legal recovery actions and write-off recovery initiatives where applicable.
