Job Description
Role: Group Loan Officer
Experience: 0–3 years in Microfinance/Banking preferred
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Form and manage loan groups/JLGs.
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings.
- Complete KYC and loan documentation.
- Process loans and support disbursement.
- Ensure timely collection of loan installments.
- Maintain customer relationships and portfolio quality.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Skills: Good communication, fieldwork ability, customer handling, and target-oriented approach.
