Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the company’s products, services, and brand to potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, social media, references, and other marketing activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, seminars, and events.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Visit potential customers and business partners as required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate information about products/services.
- Maintain daily lead and customer records and submit regular reports to management.
- Support digital marketing and social media promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly marketing and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and customer handling
- Sales and marketing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Target-oriented approach
- Basic knowledge of digital and social media marketing
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
