Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Write creative captions, headlines, and promotional copy.
- Monitor social media trends and implement new content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for content creation.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, leads, and brand awareness.
- Track social media performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor competitors and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
- Support paid social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent brand image and communication across all social media platforms.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Excellent content-writing and communication skills
- Creative thinking and storytelling
- Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video-editing tools
- Social media analytics and reporting
- Good photography/video content understanding
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
