Accounts & Audit Executive - Inter CA

Role: [CA INTER] Accounts & Audit Executive

Qualification: CA Inter — both groups preferred, one group minimum

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Nashik (office-based with occasional field visits)

Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Bonus upto 50% of monthly salary post completion of one year)

What You Will Do

• GST return preparation and filing — GSTR-1, GSTR-3B for assigned clients
• TDS working and return filing — 26Q, 24Q etc.
• Basic income tax return preparation — ITR-1, to ITR-5 for individuals and small businesses
• Accounting entries and bank reconciliation using Tally
• Document collection and coordination with clients
• Audit assistance — vouching, stock verification support, working paper preparation
• Independent client handling for assigned compliance clients
• Audit fieldwork at client locations
• Direct client communication under partner supervision
• MIS preparation and basic financial analysis

What We're Looking For

• CA Inter with at least one group cleared — both groups strongly preferred
• Advanced working knowledge of Tally
• Comfortable with GST portal, income tax portal, and MCA portal
• Comfortable with Computax or other similar tax software
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned work
• Reliable, punctual, and communicates proactively
• Nashik-based or willing to relocate — no remote work

Who Should Not Apply (IMPORTANT READ BEFORE APPLYING)

• You have not cleared at least one group of CA Inter — this is a strict requirement, we are not looking for B.Com graduates or general accountants for this role
• You are currently under an active articleship agreement with another firm
• You are based outside Nashik and not genuinely willing to relocate immediately
• You do not own a two-wheeler — field visits to client locations in and around Nashik are part of this role and own vehicle is mandatory
• You are looking for a temporary arrangement or a stopgap while waiting for something else
• You are expecting above salary bracket mentioned here at entry level with no prior independent work experience
• You are not comfortable working in a small, fast-paced firm where ownership and accountability are expected from day one
• You need extensive hand-holding on basic tasks — we will mentor and teach, but we expect you to take initiative and ask questions proactively
• You have a history of committing to joining and then backing out — we value our time and yours
