Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales preferred

- Job ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and acquire new customers for business loan products.
- Identify potential customers, including small business owners, traders, and self-employed individuals.
- Explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Conduct customer meetings and follow up on prospective leads.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented attitude and customer-handling ability.
- Knowledge of business loans and financial products will be an advantage.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel locally, if required.
