Data Entry Operator

Position Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to convert data from PDF documents into Excel spreadsheets with high accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

·       Accurately analyse the entered and convert data from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets.

·       Ensure all data is entered correctly without errors or omissions.

·       Verify and cross-check data for consistency and accuracy.

·       Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.

·       Manage and organise files systematically for easy retrieval.

·       Meet daily/weekly targets and deadlines.

·       Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

·       A commerce graduate with proven 2 -3 years of experience as a Data Analyst/Data Entry Supervisor or similar role is preferred.

·       Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

·       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PDF reading tools.

·       Good attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

·       Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

·       Basic knowledge of data management protocols is a plus.

·       Good communication skills.
