Job Description

* Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and reminders.

* Coordinate with department heads, employees, clients, and business associates.

* Track decisions, action points, deadlines, and pending commitments.

* Follow up with teams to ensure tasks are completed within defined timelines (TAT).

* Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and business documents.

* Maintain records and handle confidential business information.

* Support the founder in daily planning, business coordination, and special projects.

* Identify delays, escalate issues, and drive actions towards closure.
