Field Collection Executive

Position: Field Executive

Location: Nashik Region

Department: Collection & Recovery

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit customers at their registered/residential or business addresses for payment follow-up.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue loan payments and outstanding dues.
• Communicate payment details and available payment options professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, discussions, payment commitments and follow-ups.
• Submit daily visit reports and collection updates to the Team Leader/Management.
• Regularly follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned supervisor.
• Cover the assigned Nashik region/territory as per the daily allocation.
• Follow all company, client and applicable recovery guidelines while interacting with customers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and loan-related information.
• Perform other collection-related duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi; basic English preferred.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned Nashik region.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
• Target-oriented, disciplined and responsible approach.

Salary: ₹15,000 - 22,000 per month

Petrol Allowance: Provided for approved outer/out-of-city official visits, as per company policy.

Incentive: Performance-based monthly incentive, depending on achievement and performance.
