Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
• Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales.
• Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
• Stay updated on competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and comfortable with field work and client meetings.
• Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
