Job Description

* Welcome and engage customers visiting the Ambio Studio.

* Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.

* Present modular kitchens, wardrobes, and customised home furniture solutions.

* Prepare quotations, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into orders.

* Handle customer objections and negotiate professionally.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion rates.

* Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

* Maintain customer records and follow up using CRM tools.
