Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to UK-based customers and businesses using provided leads and databases.
• Introduce products/services professionally.
• Generate interest and identify potential business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and callbacks for the sales team.
• Follow up with interested prospects through calls and emails when required.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer information, and appointments in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team and provide complete information about qualified prospects.
• Follow UK calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with UK customers and businesses.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ask relevant questions and understand customer requirements.
• Strong listening and objection-handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Willingness to work in the UK evening shift.
