Job Description

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets records.

Collect data from Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, HR, and Site Teams.

Prepare production and productivity reports.

Maintain material consumption, stock, and inventory reports.

Prepare purchase and sales analysis reports.

Track site-wise and project-wise work status.

Prepare manpower attendance and productivity reports.

Monitor daily targets vs. actual performance.

Prepare management dashboards and performance summaries.

Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with concerned departments for corrections.

Maintain proper documentation and data records.

Prepare expense and transportation-related reports.

Generate reports for management meetings and review.

Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
