Job Description
1. Organizing office setup
2. Restocking pantry equipment’s.
3. Maintaining supply inventory
4. Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
5. Performing general office clerk duties.
6. Coordinating events, as necessary.
7. Wiping dust, dark spots like on Doors, Windows, telephones, laptop, printer.
8. Daily cleaning of windows and bathrooms, washing of windows on Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
9. Cleaning of AC every month,
10. Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
11. Maintaining crockery, cutlery, and glassware of pantry.
12. Control and checking of water dispenser and water bottles.
13. Pre / Post inspection on meeting / pantry area.
14. Disposal of waste as required.
15. Grooming standard.
16. Checking of given Inventory list in 15 days of every month.
17. Maintain checklist of utensils and other items.
