PRODUCTION ENGINEER – DINDORI, NASHIK Location – Dindori, Nashik Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical or Production engineering. Electrical engineer having knowledge of fabrication can also apply Experience – 3 years to 15 years Must have – Valid 2-wheeler driving license. Must be able to read fabrication and machined components drawings. Must be able to speak Hindi & Marathi and read & write English, knowledge of word, excel, outlook is must  Desired – able to communicate in English language Industry Type – Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Cranes, Steel Plant Equipment, Transformer Industry Equipment Salary – Based on Experience from Rs. 25,000 PM to Rs. 60,000 PM Brief Job description 1. Ensuring safe working practices and safety of People, plant and machinery 2. Reading drawings and explaining it to the workers. Must be able to read engineering drawings 3. Identify material requirement, check availability of material and co-ordinate with HO 4. Day to day planning of jobs and manpower allocation 5. Supervision of production of fabricated and machined components 6. Inspection of components and assembly 7. Checking welding, machining quality 8. Coordination with external inspection agency/ service providers 9. Arranging consumables in co ordination with HO – electrodes, LPG, Oxygen, paint, lubricant, fasteners, tools etc 10. Prepare delivery challan including returnable delivery challan and keep proper records 11. Giving hands on guidance for proper operation of CNC Oxyfuel cutting machine and other machines 12. Keeping upkeep carrying out maintenance of Equipments such as EOT Cranes, Boring machines, drilling machine, lathe and others 13. Explore suppliers and service provider around Nashik region 14. Any other activity as instructed by management/ superiors
