Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and property portals.
• Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Promote residential and commercial properties, including flats, plots, and villas.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective clients.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and project details.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with the marketing, documentation, and legal teams to complete transactions.
• Maintain records of leads, site visits, customer interactions, and sales progress.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.

Key Requirements

• Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
