Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Field Sales Executives/BDOs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Recruit, train, and guide new sales team members.
- Conduct daily team meetings and provide regular updates.
- Track daily sales reports, attendance, and field activities.
- Ensure proper customer handling and quality account opening.
- Coordinate with the management team to improve sales performance.
- Resolve team members' issues and provide on-field support.
- Eligibility & SkillsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in sales/team handling preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Strong team management and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle and motivate a sales team.
