Service Engineer

🚀 WE ARE HIRING – SERVICE TEAMKyte Energy Pvt. Ltd. | Electric 2-Wheeler & Lithium Battery ManufacturingKyte Energy is expanding its Service Department and looking for energetic, technically strong and customer-focused professionals to join our growing EV business.

We are hiring for 3 positions:

1. Service ManagerExperience: 3–7 years in EV / Automobile / 2-Wheeler Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete service operations of electric scooters.
• Lead and supervise the Service Coordinator and Service Technicians.
• Handle warranty management for Motor, Controller, Battery, Charger and other electrical components.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and recurring vehicle issues.
• Coordinate with dealers, customers and internal technical teams.
• Monitor service complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Establish and monitor TAT, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain warranty claims, service records and technical reports.
• Identify recurring failures and coordinate with Production, Quality and R&D teams for permanent solutions.
• Manage and monitor the company's Service Helpline.

2. Service CoordinatorExperience: 1–4 years in service coordination / automobile / EV industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the Service Helpline and coordinate customer/dealer complaints.
• Register and track service complaints and warranty cases.
• Coordinate between customers, dealers, technicians and the Service Manager.
• Follow up on pending service cases and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain service and warranty records.
• Coordinate spare parts, battery replacements and warranty claims.
• Prepare daily/weekly service MIS reports.
• Track complaint TAT and pending cases.
• Communicate technical issues to the concerned service technician/manager.

3. Service Technician – EVExperience: 1–4 years in EV / 2-Wheeler / Automobile / Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electric scooters.
• Troubleshoot BLDC motors, controllers, batteries, chargers, wiring and electrical systems.
• Handle battery-related technical issues including BMS, charging and communication-related faults.
• Conduct vehicle inspection and identify root causes of failures.
• Carry out warranty inspections and replacement procedures.
• Support dealers with technical troubleshooting.
• Maintain proper service and repair records.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-repair checks.
• Support the Service Manager in resolving difficult and recurring technical complaints.
• Ideal CandidateStrong interest in the Electric Vehicle industry.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with dealers, technicians and customers.
• Candidates with experience in EV 2-wheelers, lithium batteries, BMS, motor and controller systems will be preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
