Kyte Energy is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at our Nashik showroom.

• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesAttend and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right electric scooter.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, battery options, range, warranty and pricing.
• Conduct and coordinate test rides for customers.
• Generate leads from showroom walk-ins, calls and enquiries.
• Follow up with customers regularly and convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain daily customer and lead records.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the finance team for loan/EMI requirements.
• Coordinate with the service and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Participate in local marketing activities and generate new enquiries.
• 👤 Candidate ProfileExperience: 1–3 years in automobile / EV / retail sales preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong sales attitude can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Presentable and confident personality.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and Excel.
• Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
• Candidates from Nashik will be preferred.

💰 Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary + Attractive Sales Incentives

Performance-based incentives will be provided for achieving monthly sales targets.
