About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and energetic Site Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience in civil construction works to supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure that the work is completed safely, correctly, and as per the project schedule.

The candidate should be capable of coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials and site activities while maintaining proper quality and safety standards.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision
2. 
   

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and instructions.
• Monitor manpower and allocate daily work to workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.

1. Civil Construction Activities
2. 
   

• Supervise activities such as excavation, PCC, RCC, foundation, brick/block work, plastering, flooring and other civil works.
• Monitor reinforcement, shuttering and concreting activities.
• Check dimensions, levels and alignment before and during construction.
• Coordinate civil works with PEB erection and other project activities wherever required.

1. Quality Control

• Ensure construction work meets the required quality standards.
• Check workmanship and identify defects or deviations.
• Report quality issues to the Project Engineer / Site Engineer.
• Ensure rectification work is completed properly.

1. Manpower Management
2. 
   

• Maintain daily manpower attendance and deployment.
• Guide workers and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Monitor productivity and ensure the planned work is completed on time.
• Maintain discipline at the project site.

1. Material Management
2. 
   

• Check materials received at the site.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
• Inform the Site Engineer regarding material requirements well in advance.
• Avoid unnecessary material wastage.

1. Safety
2. 
   

• Ensure workers follow basic site safety practices.
• Ensure proper use of PPE such as helmets, safety shoes and safety belts wherever required.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, accidents or near-miss incidents to the concerned person.

1. Daily Reporting
2. 
   

• Prepare and submit daily site progress reports.
• Report manpower, work completed, materials received and site issues.
• Maintain records of daily activities and progress photographs.
• Communicate delays, technical issues and material requirements to the Site Engineer / Project Manager.

1. Coordination
2. 
   

• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and workers.
• Support engineers in taking measurements and checking site requirements.
• Coordinate activities to avoid delays between civil, PEB and other construction works.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of civil construction methods and practices.
• Ability to read and understand basic civil drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC, foundation, brick/block work, plastering and other civil activities.
• Good manpower handling and supervision skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Ability to work at project sites and manage multiple activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / WhatsApp for daily reporting will be an advantage.
• Strong responsibility and willingness to learn.
