Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a track record of meeting sales targets.


 **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls.

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products and services, answering queries, and resolving issues.

- **Sales Targets:** Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales through our CRM system.

- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls to potential and existing customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide accurate information to customers.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.


 **Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus.

- **Skills:**

  - Excellent verbal communication skills.

  - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  - Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

  - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

  - Good organizational and time management skills.

- **Personal Attributes:**

  - Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

  - Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
