Job SummaryKitchen and Kettle Café is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-friendly waiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus, explain food items, and suggest suitable dishes.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle customer requests politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, chairs, and the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them after customers leave.
• Assist with billing and payment collection, as required.
• Follow café hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
• Customer-focused and well-mannered.
• Ability to work in a team and handle busy service hours.
• Basic knowledge of food service and table etiquette is preferred.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel will be an advantage.
