Job Description
Generate accurate invoices for domestic and international travel bookings, including air tickets, hotels, holiday packages, visas, insurance, transfers, and other travel services.
• Verify booking details, pricing, taxes, service charges, discounts, and commissions before issuing invoices.
• Reconcile customer payments through cash, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Reservations, Operations, and Vendor Management teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile customer accounts, vendor invoices, and daily payment collections.
• Maintain billing records, receipts, credit notes, debit notes, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers for timely payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports.
• Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, and internal/external audits
