Job Description

  • Maintain all official financial transactions, accounting entries, ledgers, and records.
  • Handle day-to-day banking activities, including payments, transfers, deposits, and bank reconciliation.
  • Manage GST, TDS, income tax documentation, and coordinate statutory compliance with CA.
  • Prepare and manage customer invoices, billing, purchase records, and payment receipts.
  • Track pending payments, outstanding receivables, vendor dues, and regularly follow up for collections.
  • Maintain all official office documents, files, registers, and digital records.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
  • Ensure timely completion of accounting, banking, taxation, and documentation work.
  • Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and proper records of all company financial and administrative activities.
