Job Description

  • Bookkeeping - daily Tally entries
  • GST compliance — invoicing (intra/inter-state, IGST/CGST/SGST), GSTR workings and filings, input credit reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable + payable — vendor ledgers, aging buckets, follow-ups
  • Bank reconciliation, transaction decoding, expense categorization in Tally
  • TDS workings & filings, professional tax, monthly MIS reports for management
  • Factory stock management at Navi Mumbai — raw material, WIP, finished goods tracking
  • Stock reconciliation across channels,
  • Purchase management, vendor coordination, reorder-level discipline
  • Tally ERP & Excel skills are must
