• Job ResponsibilitiesContact prospective students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand students’ educational needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Explain course details, fees, schedules, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
• Maintain student enquiry records and update lead-tracking sheets.
• Handle incoming enquiries and resolve students’ queries professionally.
• Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Confidence in speaking with students and parents over the phone.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or education will be an advantage.
• Ability to work towards targets and follow up consistently.
