Job Summary:  

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you 

will be responsible for assembling our products, managing inventory, handling tools, and helping with 

packaging. 

Experience Required: 0-2 years 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assemble parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery as per 

production requirements and specifications.  

• Read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions to 

ensure accurate assembly and installation of components.  

• Handle material movement and shifting activities within the workplace while ensuring 

proper storage and handling of materials. 

• Identify and resolve minor assembly issues by troubleshooting defects and making necessary 

adjustments or corrections.  

• Perform packing activities for Raw Material (RM), Semi-Finished Goods (SFG), and Finished 

Goods (FG) products as per packing standards.  

• Carry out basic fabrication activities such as cutting, drilling, grinding, buffing, and occasional 

welding work as required.  

• Follow safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while 

performing daily tasks. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace by following 5S practices and ensuring 

proper handling of tools and equipment. 

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and 

ensure smooth workflow. 

• Perform quality inspections of finished products to verify accuracy, functionality, and 

adherence to quality standards. 

Qualifications: 

• ITI qualification in Fitter, electrical, or related field. 

• 0 to 2 years of experience in product assembly or similar work.
