Job Description
We are looking for an experienced B2C Sales Executive to drive broadband subscriber acquisition and increase market share in residential apartments and societies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2C sales and new broadband subscriber acquisition.
- Generate new business from residential apartments and societies.
- Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and revenue.
- Build, manage, train and motivate a team of DST (Direct Sales Team).
- Drive DST performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop relationships with apartment/society stakeholders.
- Monitor customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in Broadband / ISP / Telecom industry.
- Strong experience in B2C / Direct Sales / Field Sales.
- Experience in apartment/society sales will be preferred.
- Experience managing or handling DST teams.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong team-handling and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within Mumbai.
