Experience: 1–3 Years in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services

• Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end operations of Personal Loan applications.
• Verify and process customer KYC and loan documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Verification and Accounts teams.
• Check loan files for completeness and accuracy before disbursement.
• Coordinate for CIBIL verification, field verification and customer verification.
• Prepare and maintain loan-related MIS, records and daily reports.
• Handle loan login, approval, documentation and disbursement process.
• Coordinate with customers for pending documents and other requirements.
• Ensure proper data entry and update customer/loan details in the system.
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for loan disbursement and related documentation.
• Maintain proper physical and digital records of loan files.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, KYC and internal process guidelines.
• Support post-disbursement documentation and operational activities.
• Required Skills:Good knowledge of Personal Loan Operations.
• Experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services preferred.
• Good knowledge of KYC and loan documentation.
• Basic knowledge of CIBIL and loan processing.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple loan files and meet timelines.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Qualification:Graduate in any stream.

Preferred Experience:Candidates with experience in Personal Loan / NBFC Operations / Loan Processing / Back Office Operations will be preferred.
