Job Description – Telecaller ExecutiveJob Title: Telecaller Executive

Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Weekly Off: Sunday

Selection Process: Easy Selection

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers and provide relevant information about products or services.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain effective communication.
  • Follow up with customers as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily calling targets as assigned by the reporting manager.
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Basic customer handling and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are preferred.
