Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable, experienced, and professional Personal Driver for our Managing Director. The candidate will be responsible for picking up the Managing Director from his residence, driving him to the office, meetings, business visits, and any other locations as required. The candidate must be flexible with working hours and available whenever required by the Managing Director. Additionally, the candidate will assist with occasional office-related administrative and operational work.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and drop the Managing Director from his residence and drive him to various destinations as per his schedule.
2. Be available for local, outstation, and business travel whenever required.
3. Maintain flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business requirements.
4. Ensure safe, comfortable, and timely transportation at all times.
5. Maintain the assigned vehicle in clean and good working condition.
6. Check vehicle fuel, tyres, servicing, insurance, PUC, and other necessary documents regularly.
7. Follow traffic rules and maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Managing Director's personal and business matters.
8. Assist with occasional office-related work, including document collection, bank visits, courier handling, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
9. Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

• Candidate RequirementsValid driving licence with a good driving record.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Driver / Executive Driver.
• Good knowledge of Mumbai and nearby locations.
• Experience in driving premium and automatic vehicles will be preferred.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• Should have a flexible approach towards working hours and travel requirements.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English will be an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable with occasional office-related responsibilities.
