Job Description

Chinese Chef – Mr Monk📍 Location: Navi Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month

🍜 Cuisine: Chinese

Experience: 4–7 Years

  • ResponsibilitiesHandle complete Chinese kitchen operations independently.
  • Manage daily prep, mise en place and production.
  • Maintain taste, quality and recipe consistency.
  • Manage portion control, food costing and wastage.
  • Plan daily preparation and monitor stock requirements.
  • Guide Commis/Helpers and maintain kitchen discipline.
  • Ensure proper hygiene, storage and FIFO.
  • Handle busy service efficiently.
  • RequirementsStrong experience in Chinese cuisine.
  • Hands-on and comfortable working in a compact 150 sq. ft. kitchen.
  • Good understanding of costing, preparation and portion control.
  • Should be able to manage the kitchen with minimal supervision.
  • Restaurant/QSR/cloud-kitchen experience preferred.
