Job Title: Chocolate Bowl Chef / Dessert Maker

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare chocolate bowls in different flavours, including Oreo, KitKat, Dark Chocolate, Triple Chocolate, Biscoff and Fruit Chocolate Bowls.
• Prepare waffles, chocolate desserts and other menu items as required.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
• Handle chocolate melting, toppings, sauces and dessert decoration.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils and equipment.
• Manage stock, ingredients and daily wastage.
• Take customer orders and prepare them on time.
• Follow the menu, recipes and pricing standards.
• Assist with basic cafe counter operations when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in chocolate desserts, waffles or cafe work preferred.
• Freshers with a genuine interest in dessert making may also apply.
• Good hygiene, punctuality and a responsible attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays.
