Claims Processor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Healthcare Process Associate to support healthcare-related operations. The role involves processing healthcare transactions, reviewing patient/member information, handling documentation, and ensuring accuracy while following established healthcare and company guidelines.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess healthcare transactions and requests accurately within defined timelines.
• Review and validate patient/member information and supporting documents.
• Handle healthcare-related data, records, claims, or insurance documentation as per process requirements.
• Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing details.
• Update and maintain records in internal systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Resolve routine process-related queries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
• Perform data entry and maintain high accuracy in processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare and customer information.
• Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
• Required SkillsGood written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare/health insurance processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Freshers with good communication and computer skills may also be considered.
• Experience in claims processing, healthcare operations, medical billing, provider/member services, or insurance processes will be an advantage.
• EducationGraduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with a background in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related fields may be preferred.
