Collection Officer

• Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and other communication channels to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Ensure timely collection and recovery of assigned accounts.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
• Explain payment details, outstanding balances, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
• Negotiate suitable payment arrangements with customers, wherever applicable.
• Prepare and share regular collection reports and updates with the management.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with company policies.
• RequirementsGraduate / 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers also can apply.
• 0.6 months – 3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, field collections, banking, finance, or a related role is preferred.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with deadlines.
• Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
