URGENT HIRING:-Position Bakery-Croissants/Sourdough

Industry Bakery and Food Production

Job Overview:We are looking for hardworking and passionate candidates to join our bakery team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bakery products, maintaining food quality, following hygiene standards, and supporting daily bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products as per standard recipes
• Assist in preparing bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, croissants, and other bakery products
• Ensure proper measurement and mixing of ingredients
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, texture, and presentation
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area, equipment, and workstations
• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products
• Monitor baking time and temperature to maintain product quality
• Support the senior baker and kitchen team in daily operations
• Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients
• Follow company standards and production schedules

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification 12th pass
• Previous bakery or food production experience will be preferred
• Candidates with a Bakery, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management background can apply
• Good knowledge of bakery products and basic food preparation
• Passion for baking and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Good hygiene and cleanliness practices

Immediate joiners will be preferred

Salary and Benefits

• 15,000/- to 20,000/-
• 5 days Working.
• Food Allowances.
• Health Insurance upto 5 lacs.
• Full time employment
