Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify ongoing and upcoming construction projects across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane.
- Visit construction sites regularly and generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with Builders, Developers, Contractors, Project Managers and Site Engineers.
- Identify labour requirements for construction activities such as slab work, brick/block work, plaster work and other civil works.
- Explain the company's services and labour contracting solutions to potential clients.
- Generate enquiries, coordinate quotations and handle regular follow-ups.
- Bring new construction projects and labour contracts to the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Maintain daily records of site visits, leads, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly business development and lead-generation targets.
- Candidate Requirements 1 - 2 years of experience in Construction, Civil, Labour Contracting, Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Existing contacts with builders, contractors, developers or site engineers will be an advantage.
- Must be comfortable with field work and daily site visits.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
