Job Description

Process: Blended Voice Process 

Location: Navi Mumbai- Airoli

Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduates

Requirement: Excellent English Communication

Shift: 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Working: 5 Days a Week

JD:

  • Handle  customer interactions through voice and non-voice channels.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Be comfortable working in rotational shifts including Night shift
  • Excellent English communication skills.
