Job Description

Company: Hexaware Technologies

Process: (Inbound Voice)

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Requirements & Details:

* Education: HSC Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Shifts: * Girls: 9-hour window between 7 AM – 9 PM (8 hours working).

   * Boys: Rotational shifts.

* Week Off: 1 Day Rotational.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound customer queries for PhonePe.

* Ensuring high-quality resolution and customer satisfaction
