Job Description
💼 Position Overview
Role Title: International Customer Service Executive
Location: Digha, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
Process: Blended (Voice, Email, and Chat Support)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (with documented proof) is mandatory.
💰 Compensation & Mandatory Eligibility
Salary: ₹30,000 CTC per month (Approx. ₹26,000 In-Hand)
Education: HSC (12th Pass) is mandatory.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
⏰ Work Schedule
Working Days: 5 Days a week.
Shifts: 24/7 Rotational shifts.
Offs: 2 Rotational weekly offs.
