Customer Care Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales channels, product listings, order processing, customer inquiries, and day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, computer knowledge, and an understanding of online marketplaces.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings on e-commerce websites and online marketplaces.
• Upload product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, and stock details.
• Maintain accurate product information and inventory levels.
• Process online orders, coordinate dispatches, and track deliveries.
• Respond to customer inquiries, messages, complaints, and return requests.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, and order status.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Update product catalogs and maintain website content.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
• Ensure product listings follow marketplace guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer satisfaction.
• Required Skills and QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other online marketplaces.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and internet browsing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in product catalog management and online order processing is an advantage.
